Job descriptionResponsible for servicing an existing book of Personal Lines accounts. Obtaining quotes for new and renewal business. Customer support and education, cross selling, making coverage recommendations, issuing binders, endorsement processing, claims processing and billing. Maintain client files accurately and consistently, provide proper documentation of files and proper communication to customers and carriers. 5+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to personal lines Experience with AMS360 agency management system a plus Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed or able to obtain within 90 days. Base salary in the 60k – 75k / year range (flexible depending on experience) plus commission on new and renewal business. Additional compensation for rounding of house accounts. Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Life, Paid Holidays, etc. Close knit, family-oriented work environment. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day remote. Remote days rotate each week.

- Our client, a 100+ year independent agency in the Middleton, MA area, has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.
- The Personal Lines Account Executive will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. The Personal Lines Account Executive will be responsible for a book of home, auto, umbrella, boat, inland marine, flood, renters, etc. The Personal Lines Account Executive will be responsible for servicing the book, renewals, issuing binders, billing, claims, issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals, endorsements, etc.
