Business Operations Project Manager

A company is looking for a Business Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget

Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives within the PMO and across the organization

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare, or related field

5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably with Finance or People Operations teams

Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

Proficiency in project management software tools, including Asana

Professional experience with Finance or HR software such as BigQuery, Litmos, Looker, NetSuite, or Workday
