Facilities Maintenance Technician

Field Technician II or Higher

The Field Technician II will safely set, maintain, repair and operate multiple types of natural gas compressors in their respective area for Park Energy Services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Read gas meters and instrumentation recording the amounts of gas received / delivered / consumed and report any operational, temperature and pressure changes as needed in operating logs
• Watch gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure equipment is working properly
• Set units and perform start-up procedures on location
• Maintain replacement / repair parts for assigned units
• Assist with overhaul of engines, compressors and related components
• Assist in disassembly and removal of unit from location
• Use hand tools to clean, lubricate, adjust equipment, replace filters, gaskets and other items while identifying what kind of maintenance is needed
• Use electronic devices for troubleshooting, testing or commissioning equipment
• Coordinate and assist with scheduled and unscheduled equipment repair and maintenance
• Will have call-out rotation responsibilities and respond to unscheduled service calls
• Submit accurate maintenance reports and other necessary paperwork
• Maintain a current and valid driver's license
• Other duties as assigned
