As the Fireplace Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, rescheduling fireplace service appointments, printing trip sheets as well as verifying material are ready for upcoming appointments. As well as providing support to our Installation and Service technicians for our Fireplace Division. Effective verbal and written communication skills will be crucial in the success of this role, as you work directly with our customers, fireplace installers, fireplace service techs, managers, and sales team to help address the billing questions and rescheduling of appointments along with fielding customer calls regarding their appointments.
