What You’ll Be Doing
Installation & Setup
Load, inspect, and transport fireplace materials each day before heading to job sitesReview daily paperwork to ensure the right products, tools, and instructions are on handDelivery, set, and install fireplace and materials using proper equipmentInstall fireplaces according to manufacturer and Rio Grande Co. requirements and local codesVerify installations with required photos and documentation before leaving the siteCustomer & Team Interaction
Communicate clearly with job site supervisors, Install Manager, and Project Managers regarding any issuesTreat customers, contractors, and coworkers with professionalism and respectComplete daily paperwork and return to the warehouse with photo documentationSafety & Compliance
Check job sites for safety readiness before beginning installationFollow all traffic laws, safety rules, and manufacturer installation instructionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWear required PPEWhat You Bring
Strong skills with hand tools and power toolsComfortable with heights and laddersMoving, loading, delivery fireplaces from 100 to over 1,000 lbs safelyReliable, detail-oriented, and committed to following safety proceduresAbility to work independently or as part of a teamMust pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred (but not required) :
