Wed 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor premises for unusual activity, reporting any security-related concerns according to established protocols.

Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and observing entry points at the location.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
