A company is looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist / Senior Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM super admin, managing system configurations, data quality, and user access
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement enhancements, and develop actionable reporting and dashboards
Oversee daily support operations, lead a support team, and ensure efficient resolution of user requests
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in CRM administration, with at least 2 years in HubSpot CRM for large companies
Proven experience in managing support CRM operations, preferably with direct people management experience
Strong knowledge of HubSpot, CRM data models, and reporting tools
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven with an international mindset and ability to collaborate across cultures
