Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in IAM Concepts, RBAC, and protocols
• Strong expertise in developing roles based on user identities
• Experience with role factoring and role mapping
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Advanced understanding of business processes and IT control risk management
• Experience with access certification, role management, control testing, and SoD controls
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms
