Software Product Marketing Lead

We are transforming the insurance industry of yesterday. We apply some of today's latest technologies in AI, data analytics, and automation. Our team of over 975 Life and Annuity industry professionals is helping some of the most recognized insurance brands drive growth with digital innovation, platform modernization, improved product distribution, and personalized customer experiences. Through an ecosystem of top Insurtech partners, we're expanding the ALIP platform's capabilities to provide even greater opportunities for our clients to differentiate and scale business growth.

We are looking for a Software Product Marketing Lead to join APP for Life and Annuity Business Unit. The prime objective will be to shape the way our ALIP product is positioned, understood, and adopted by customers worldwide. Key responsibilities include :

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyers
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with product management on roadmap prioritization based on market demand
  • Enable the sales team with collateral training materials, and case studies
  • Create and manage content such as white papers, blog posts, presentations, and web copy
  • Track and report performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and product adoption
  • Partner with marketing operations to maintain data accuracy and optimize campaign workflows
  • Define overall marketing plan and budget requirements
  • Manage all industry conference exposures and participation
  • Manage all analyst industry RFX coordination and briefings / messaging
  • Drive and ensure strong content marketing : Blogs, social media, A.com
  • Drive and ensure strong communications programs : internal and external
  • Manage all annual client conferences and programs including CAB, C-SAT, ACLI ERT, Client conferences, and others

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need :

  • Minimum 15 years of technology and services marketing experience
  • Minimum 15 years of budget and financial management skills for overall marketing budget
  • Minimum 15 years of Life / Annuity industry knowledge
  • Minimum 15 years technology marketing management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

  • Colorado $94,400 to $194,100
  • District of Columbia $100,500 to $206,700

  • Massachusetts $94,400 to $206,700
  • Minnesota $94,400 to $194,100
  • New York / New Jersey $87,400 to $224,600
  • Washington $100,500 to $206,700
