Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to engineering drawings and specifications
Select and install tooling, make adjustments, and perform offsets as necessary
Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming, tooling, or machine malfunctions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Ability to perform basic machine programming and set up

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality parts

Knowledge of GD&T and quality control procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills
