Property Condition Assessor VP

A company is looking for a Property Condition Assessor Vice President (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients to develop action plans and address their needs and concerns

Review and audit reports completed by assessors for accuracy and compliance

Guide staff on projects and manage portfolios including bidding and cost management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education

Certification as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is preferred

General understanding of all building systems

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
