Finance Manager, HIPAA Compliance

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Unit FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional projects to drive Business Unit objectives and operational efficiency

Lead financial initiatives, develop financial models, and coordinate with various departments

Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred

At least 8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in Healthcare or Technology

Strong business acumen and project management experience

Experience with SAP financial applications and advanced Excel skills

Ability to interface with executive-level management and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
