ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Job Details : \n

  • Work day / night rotating shifts : 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM and 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM

    • \n

  • Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital

    • \n

  • Must work at least every other holiday

    • \n

  • Minimum 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience required

    • \n

  • Must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments

    • \n

  • Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand

    • \n

  • Required certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

    • \n

  • One year recent oncology / chemotherapy administration experience preferred but not required

    • \n

  • Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores

    • \n

  • Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments, otherwise contract will be canceled

    • \n

  • Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked

    • \n

  • Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date

    • \n

  • Complete required modules pre-start (billable up to 4 hours maximum)

    • \n

  • One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty required
