Demolition Construction Estimator

Our client, with a location in Tampa, Florida, has an opening for an Experienced Construction Estimator.

Requirements Include :

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the demolition or related construction field.

Field construction experience is desirable.

Understanding of construction and interpreting plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include

Developing detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, and equipment.

Capable of keeping up with the fast-paced environment and prioritizing workload based on quickly changing deadlines.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Knowledge of means and methods.

Social skills and the ability to work with a team and communicate with contractors and owners is essential.

Salary range of $ 72K to $ 84K
