Network Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee broadband and Ethernet network operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Manage activation and augmentation activities, including DSLAM / OLT and Ethernet routers / switches Provide and review monthly reports to management on team performance and develop KPIs for tracking Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience in network operations, including at least 4 years in a leadership role Strong technical knowledge of broadband and Ethernet protocols Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Experience with operational reporting tools and data analysis
