A company is looking for a Part Time Quality Assurance Caller to support the Customer Success Team by assessing the quality of services through customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance calls to evaluate service satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
Administer and record survey responses using Airtable and Excel to track quality metrics
Communicate customer feedback to the Account Management team and coordinate follow-up actions
Required Qualifications
1-year related experience in customer service or equivalent education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and applicable software systems
Experience with Airtable is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
