Job Title : Remote Project Manager Assistant

Hourly Pay : $30 - $36 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with the creation of project plans, timelines, and milestones

Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

• Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders

Support budget tracking and resource allocation efforts

Flag potential risks and support resolution efforts

Qualifications :

Understanding of basic project management principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities
