As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will monitor assigned areas and provide exceptional customer service, supporting the security-related needs of employees and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the location. Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with access and directions as needed while maintaining security-related protocols. Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate and as directed by Allied Universal or site procedures. Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements : At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
