As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate within a healthcare environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, visitors, and / or patients as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior. Observe, report, and document any irregularities, unusual circumstances, or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies. Assist in managing access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as necessary. Support a welcoming and orderly environment by interacting professionally with all individuals encountered during patrols. Minimum Requirements : Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
