Labor and Employment Attorney

Overview

associat e with 3–4 years of experience in employment law to join the Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco. Applications from candidates for the Santa Monica office will also be considered.

This role is with a nationally recognized law firm known for excellence in litigation and advisory services. The Labor & Employment group handles complex, high-stakes matters across California and beyond, including wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, harassment, wage and hour class actions, trade secret and unfair competition disputes, and compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and disability accommodation cases.
• Defend wage and hour class actions and employee unfair competition / trade secret disputes.
• Advise clients on compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys nationwide on complex litigation and preventive counseling matters.
• Support and work with leading attorneys in labor and employment law on high-profile matters.
