Service Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the engineering industry, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Novi, MI

Pay : $24 / hr.

Shift : Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Interact directly with customers and sales representatives on a variety of basic service-related issues
• Assist with resolving basic problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer
• Assist with analyzing customers' service needs and coordinate with other service or technical departments to develop and deliver appropriate solutions
• Assist Regional Service Manager with scheduling routine service calls as required
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring customer requirements and organizational service targets are met
