Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service and support to clients navigating HR technology challenges Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and deliver effective solutions Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and design risks Conduct research to address customer inquiries and deliver small scope consulting services Collaborate with an Engagement Manager to facilitate workshops and reviews that enhance customer feature adoption 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects 5+ years of experience specifically in Payroll 3+ years of Workday consulting experience or as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree or related experience required Experience with global implementations Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders Certification or ability to certify in Workday HCM products Strong critical thinking skills to facilitate decision-making Capacity to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
