What You Will Be Doing
- Lead small teams focused on portions of the build to ensure production needs are met and discrete deliverables are completed ahead of need.
- Conduct critical design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing processes.
- Develop assembly plans and innovative solutions to address daily challenges, ensuring efficient production flow.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing products and documentation.
- Provide direct support on the production floor, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
- Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to develop manufacturing processes.
- Interpret drawings and model-based designs, translating them into actionable steps for manufacturability for the production environment.
- Collaborate with team members to explore out-of-the-box thinking and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required to applyExperience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance & / or production operations.Experience supporting vehicle systems installations & integration into a final product.Ability to obtain a secret security clearance after offer acceptance and willing to stay in current role / employment throughout the clearance processing period.Desired Skills :
STEM degree preferredActive Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.Experience in liaison role supporting production activities and rapidly resolving constraints to minimize production impact.Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
