Job Description

Principal duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned dependent on the department. Night Shift is Monday - Friday, 4 : 15 pm - 3 : 00am.

  • Potting department

Complete various adhesive potting applications

  • Deburring Department

    • Examine surfaces in order to find defects.

  • Remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces
  • Deburring, cleaning and removing sharp edges on product parts
  • Work alongside floor supervisors and leads to adhere to production schedules on parts
  • Work alongside quality control personnel, concerning parts or jobs being worked on to maintain the highest quality assurance possible.
  • Train under department Lead to learn potting and deburring functions

    • Requirements :

  • 0 - 2 years' experience in deburring, potting, or aerospace machining setting.
  • Minimum High school education or equivalent. Machinist trade certification a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal fashion.

    • Compensation :

  • Salary Range : $45,000 - $55,000 paid at an hourly rate plus a 10% night shift premium. Minimum of ten (10) hours of over-time available weekly. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
