About the Role

The Company is seeking a National Head of Sales to lead and inspire a large sales team, driving new business and revenue growth. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in the organization's expansion, particularly in the U.S. market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the national sales organization, collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer to design and execute a go-to-market strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, owning the full sales process, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure unified growth initiatives. The role demands a strategic seller and team builder with a proven track record in exceeding sales goals, a strong understanding of data-centric marketing, and proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools. Applicants for the National Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in enterprise sales, business development, or revenue leadership, with a focus on AdTech, MarTech, or digital media. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a strategic, data-driven approach to sales.
