Sales Analytics Leader
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in sales analytics within a consumer financial services context, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to influence business strategy and execution. They thrive in emerging spaces, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Analytics Strategy : Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives. Define and execute the vision for sales & advice operations analytics, aligning with business goals and priorities.
Team Leadership : Hire, manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Set performance goals and manage the team in alignment with HR policies.
Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders, influence and inform strategy and planning decision making.
Performance Measurement & Optimization : Oversee the development of measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate sales and product effectiveness across channels.
Advanced Analytics : Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation (e.g., A / B testing) to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI. Collaborate with COE teams to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.
Data Infrastructure : Collaborate with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable, secure, and accessible data pipelines and tools.
Innovation & Trends : Stay current on analytics trends, tools, and technologies, and champion their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications :
10+ years experience in analytics with progressive leadership
Experience leading teams in sales analytics
Expert level executive level stakeholder management and presentation
