The Role

The Showroom Sales Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders, including owning the order management process, ensuring clients receive a luxury service experience in tandem with luxury products, and assisting with showroom operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal and external customers.
• Manage all communications between internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes / order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
• Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative or project management experience
• Art / Interior design or luxury retail / service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs
• Ability to maneuver effectively around the showroom floor, stock room, and office.
• Position could entail period of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
• Licensed to drive preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state
