(Mobile, AL) : Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Grossing Technologist to join our client’s pathology team. Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM.

Essential Duties :

• Accession and prepare surgical specimens for pathology review.
• Perform high-complexity testing in compliance with CLIA regulations.
• Assist pathologists during gross examinations and cut-ins.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the gross room, frozen section room, and cut-in stations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of specimen data and testing records.
• Manage and maintain supply inventory to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including CLIA, CAP, and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with a small, high-performing pathology team to ensure timely and accurate results.
