ServiceNow Program Management Leader

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Program Management Leader to direct a program team and advance Service Management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Direct a program team of over 40 members, including IT project managers, to drive a multi-year initiative

Build and enhance Service Management capabilities with a focus on automation, data governance, and AI integration

Create a modern framework to improve service delivery and operational efficiency across business units

Required Qualifications

Minimum seven years of experience managing professionals, technologies, or project delivery

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with at least four years of relevant experience

Extensive experience in leading projects, programs, and portfolios

Prior experience with large scale enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries
