🗓  Schedule & Details :

Start Date :  December 24, 2025

Shift Length :  24 hours (max 2 shifts in a row)

On Call :  24 / 7 coverage required

Patient Volume :  8-bed OBED unit, with approximately 1,389 OBED visits / year and ~463 deliveries

EMR :  Epic

🩺  Responsibilities :

Manage inpatient OBED patients including emergent cases such as vaginal deliveries and C-sections

Care for patients without primary OB / GYN providers

Serve as part of Iowa’s only maternity transport team

Work independently with no APP supervision required

✅  Requirements : BC / BE in OB / GYN

Active IA license or IMLC

Ability to start on  December 24, 2025  –  Required

Clean malpractice and background record
