Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers to ensure timely completion of technical projects

Create and optimize internal management processes, including sprints and deadlines

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of technical experience in software development and web technologies

Previous experience in project development or management roles

Experience managing full-cycle software projects and coordinating deployments

Hands-on experience in debugging technical issues and managing engineers and QA
