Develop, maintain, and improve control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI).
- Monitor process performance and identify areas for automation or optimization.
- Troubleshoot control issues in coordination with production and maintenance teams.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and control strategies.
- Keep technical documentation (loop diagrams, logic, system configs) up to date.
- Work on alarms, interlocks, safety shutdown systems, and compliance checks.
- Analyze process data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and automation projects.
Requirements
Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, or related.Experience : 2+ years in process control or industrial automation.Tools : Hands-on experience with systems like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Honeywell, or Emerson.Strong grasp of P&IDs, control loops, and process instrumentation.Logical thinker with a practical, hands-on approach to solving control problems.Good communication skills and ability to work in a plant environment.Seniority Level and Employment Type
