Summary

The Process Engineer provides support and enhancements to existing and new operations systems to ensure projects align with corporate strategy. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining project data throughout the project lifecycle. The role acts as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, software engineers, and users, requiring strong communication skills, technical understanding, warehouse operations knowledge, and business acumen.

The Systems Process Engineer supports system build processes by assisting in testing user requirements and evaluating system usability and efficiency. The position involves completing testing scenarios, understanding warehouse processes, communicating system gaps and improvements, documenting findings, and possibly conducting demos or training sessions.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Support the Softeon system for various projects and ongoing business needs.
• Participate in automation projects.
• Manage WMS and OMS software solutions and related systems linking to UPS systems.
• Utilize skills in communication, project management, business analysis, problem-solving, engineering, operations, quality, transportation, and automation.
• Configure systems for daily operations.
• Conduct user training and review documentation for system understanding.
• Understand system integration with SAP, internal, and client systems (preferred).
• Travel as required based on client needs.
• Support daily operations with issues and enhancements to improve workflow.
• Collaborate with automation teams to understand WMS integration and processes.
• Work independently and efficiently.
