Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineer Leader to oversee our electrical engineering projects. This role involves leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability in renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers in the design and implementation of electrical systems.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and review control systems and power systems for various applications.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Matlab for designing and analyzing electrical systems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Ensure design verification meets compliance standards and industry best practices.
• Drive initiatives for renewable energy projects and embedded systems development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software components.
