Reason For Coverage : The hospital is perm recruiting, needing someone until perm is found. 2 on staff and 1 is off for Surg LOA
Dates : 1-2 weeks / month
Shift & Call Details : M-F 8a-4 : 30, on call 4 : 30p-8a F-Monday
Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
Job Details :
- Patient Volume : 1-6 cath cases / day (inpatient and outpatient combo)
- Required Procedures : cardiac cath, PCI and associated procedures (IAB, Impella, TVPM, ect.) TEEs, cardioversions, stress testing, reading EKGs, echo, nuclear, occasional hospital consults
- 4 gen cardiologists, 1 CV Surgeon, 2 interventional cards, 1 electrophysiologist, 1 peds cardiologist, 3 APPS, no supervision, RTs and RNs in cath lab
- 65% Medicare Population; Most % Adult
- EMR : EPIC
- Client Requirements : Must BC or truly BE Interventional Cardiology, ACLS, BLS, Active IL license
- Hospital will pay for all travel and lodging
- Malpractice insurance provided by Delta Locums
