  • Typical Daily Activity : 12 L&D deliveries / day; 45 triage / day
  • Annual Volume Benchmark : ~400 deliveries / year

  • Patient Population : Adult and pediatric percentages listed (per service lines) COVERAGE & SHIFT SCHEDULE
  • 24€‘Hour In€‘House Call : 7a7a
  • Weekly Structure : Two 24€‘hour in€‘house call shifts per week per provider (team of three providers)
  • Minimum Commitment : 1 shift / week (4 shifts / month)
  • Solo Coverage : Yes (provider works solo while on call)

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes (Full)
  • Days to Credential : ~90 REQUIREMENTS
  • DEA : Not required
  • State License : Pennsylvania (required to apply); IMLC considered
  • Certifications : BLS; ACLS
  • Minimum Experience : 2 years
  • Boards : Board Certified or Board Eligible (MD / DO accepted)

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Travel, Lodging and Malpractice Insurance : Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • L&D management, deliveries, postpartum care, emergent GYN per privileging
  • GYN cases as needed (facility to confirm scope)

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide continuous in€‘house coverage for L&D, ER triage for deliveries, GYN cases, and postpartum care.
  • Manage evaluations, admissions (if applicable), procedures, and coordination with hospital teams.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Epic.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality metrics.
