Warehouse Innovation Project Specialist

Position Summary :

We are seeking an Innovation Project Specialist to support warehouse optimization and automation initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for process improvement, technology implementation, and logistics operations. The Innovation Project Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of automation solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Assist and coordinate multiple warehouse optimization and automation projects from inception to completion
• Translate the operational and project requirements into the logistics processes needed for the warehouse operation teams
• Analyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee communications with multiple warehouse operators to collect valuable feedback / insights
• Communicate project progress succinctly and clearly to leadership

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. The base pay range for this role is between $28.00 ~ $38.00 / year, and your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
