Cost Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join a dynamic team that works on high-profile and diverse projects. In this role, you'll analyze project specifications, develop accurate cost estimates, and assist in budget preparation to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Prepare estimates for construction projects by gathering information and calculating costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and requirements.
• Conduct quantity takeoff and assess labor and material costs for accuracy.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Maintain a well-organized database of cost estimates and budgets for future reference.
• Prepare and present cost estimation reports and narratives to stakeholders.
