About the Role

This position plays a key part in keeping the firm's financial operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the accounting team on everything from processing invoices and preparing reports to helping with month-end close and special projects. It's a hands-on role that offers great exposure to real estate accounting and investment operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries
• Review and organize draw requests
• Monitor credit card activity and ensure expenses are properly coded and documented
• Set up new vendors and support invoice processing
• Help with monthly and quarterly close by reviewing accounts, reconciling balances, and tracking variances
• Maintain organized financial records across multiple properties and entities
• Contribute to process improvement efforts as the company continues to grow
