Description :

Bedside shift reporting, utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit.

Clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm awareness of this requirement during compliance.

This position involves caring for medical flex populations that can be accommodated on any adult inpatient unit.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective phone etiquette.

Travelers may be required to float to assist with CNA and tech tasks as needed.

Candidates must have experience in accessing ports, blood product administration, and central line care.

Skill in interpreting dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases is essential.

The ability to manage cardiac drips (no titration), IV insulin protocols, and high flow nasal cannula is required.

Previous charge experience is preferred, along with familiarity with charting systems.

Travel experience is advantageous.

The unit supports interdisciplinary treatment, offering care for various patient diagnoses including orthopedic and urology cases.

Special equipment utilized includes telemetry, wound vacs, and lift devices.
