Overview

Multi-Carrier Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions). Hybrid role based in Westminster, CO with in-office requirements (3 days in the office).

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community to drive sales for Auto, Home, Life, and related insurance products from top national and regional carriers.
• Follow company processes to generate leads, present coverage options, and close new policies while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with sales support and participate in training and mentorship programs to pursue career goals.
