As a senior developer of the development team, the Individual would independently lead the solution delivery of issues as well complex enhancements.

The individual would champion technology and tools changes / improvements that improve delivery processes. Be a role model and a technical mentor to junior and mid-level developers.

Work collaboratively with other open minded, technology savvy and dedicated team members.

This position is a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Your Impact :

You will be a mentor to the team, driving full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices using Salesforce

Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 years developing in the salesforce platform or equivalent

Masters degree or similar in Information Technology / Computer science

4+ years of demonstrated experience leading modernized development teams

Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms

Salesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred)

CI / CD knowledge - Autorabit or similar tools

Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages

Clear understanding of software development methodologies

Integrated Salesforce with multiple systems (Microstrategy,Sharepoint,outlook ,cobrowsing solutions etc..)

Good communication skills. The incumbent will be responsible for interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across IT.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.

The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
