Compensation Consultant Sr
BayCare is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and provide expert guidance on complex pay practices. This role is ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in collaborative environments, excels in data-driven decision-making, and is passionate about delivering equitable and competitive compensation solutions.
What You'll Do :
- Facilitate and lead discussions with business leaders to identify compensation solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead system-wide projects related to compensation strategy and implementation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to compensation team members on projects and training.
- Conduct complex salary benchmarking analyses, including executive, physician, and APP compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations governing compensation practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation analysis.Proven consulting experience with a strong understanding of compensation and total rewards practices, as well as relevant legislation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion.Strongly Preferred :
Advanced knowledge of executive and physician compensation programs.Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP).Experience with compensation-related systems and tools.Location : Clearwater, FL
