What You’ll Do :
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering large-scale sitework and utility projects. Your responsibilities will include :
Leading project coordination with general contractors, engineers, and internal teams.Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.Supporting field operations and superintendents to ensure alignment between scope and execution.Tracking costs and performance using HeavyJob and other industry-standard tools.Attending project meetings and maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.What You’ll Work On :

Multifamily residential sitework with 75,000 CY cut-to-fill and onsite crushing (~$8M).140,000 SF warehouse sitework with 40,000 CY cut-to-fill and full utility scope (~$7M).Deep excavation and SOE for institutional builds with soldier piles, lagging, and rock removal (~$9M).Campus regrading and drainage in Westchester County (~$11M).Plus, a robust pipeline of large warehouse and multifamily projects, including scopes up to 1.2M CY.What They’re Looking For :
5+ years of experience in heavy civil, sitework, or utility construction.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with project management tools (HeavyJob, Procore, or similar).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality work.Why Join?
