RF Chemical Manufacturing Operator - 1st Shift

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Chemical Manufacturing Operator , sets up and operates departmental equipment to perform bulk material processing for the department Product line.
Operators will also be introduced to standard chemical preparations and perform reactions in drying / kiln type furnace operations according to production orders.
This role is based at our facility in Milwaukee, WI.
You will have the opportunity to :
Perform all operational steps for powdered starting material, including blending, milling, concentrating off Isopropyl alcohol (IPA), vacuum drying and calcination
Complete blend calculations
Set up and runs mills and monitors process
Perform Particle Size Distribution analysis on milled material
Partner with Technology & Innovation and Engineering on development of the departmental Process
REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma / GED equivalent
A minimum of 1 year experience in an industrial setting
Experience with measuring / weighing materials
Working knowledge of Microsoft products / ERP equivalent
The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.
S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.
S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.
S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.
