Apartment Service Technician I

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week.
• Responsibilities Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas as well as picking up trash and debris.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and / or Service Supervisor.

Work Days :

• Monday – Friday Work Hours : 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Required License or Certification :

• Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
• Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

Rate :

• $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
• $500 sign-on bonus is subject to the completion of a 90-day trial period and is only available for external applicants, excluding temp-to-hire employees.
