Job description
A company is looking for a 3M 360 Encompass / Epic HIM Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot the 3M 360 Encompass system
Analyze HIM workflows and Epic EHR processes for optimization
Generate system admin reports and resolve HL7 messaging issues
Required Qualifications
Experience with 3M 360 Encompass and Epic HIM applications
Technical proficiency in system maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
Experience in configuring user groups and managing rights
Familiarity with generating reports and resolving technical issues
