Job Overview

This position is responsible for full performance complex work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support. Duties include providing front line support to end users through analyzing and diagnosing problems and determining a solution. This position may perform lead work over lower-level staff.

Additional Information

Department : Clinical Application Services

Hours per week : 40, eligible for benefits

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. No weekends or holidays, but does require one on-call shift a year.

• This is a hybrid position.

Please note : This position has potential to be fully remote if applicant is located within CHCO hiring region.

Qualifications

EDUCATION - High School or GED

EPIC Analyst experience preferred

CERTIFICATION(S) - Epic certification in primary application will be required within four months of hire. Team members will be sent to Epic for mandatory training and will be given two attempts to pass certification testing to maintain employment

Applicants with Epic Cheers certification strongly preferred.

SCOPE AND LEVEL

Guidelines : Fully qualified, full performance or journey level. Decision Making : Exercises judgment and discretion, and is responsible for determining the time, place and sequence of the work performed.

Communications : Contacts with team members, clients or the public where explanatory or interpretive information is exchanged, defended, and gathered and discretion and judgment are required within the parameters of the job function.

Supervision Received : Performs work with minimal supervisory oversight. Under general supervision, the employee receives assignments and is expected to carry them through to completion with substantial independence. Work is reviewed for adherence to instructions, accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standard practice or precedent. Recurring work clearly covered by guidelines may or may not be reviewed.

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $101,987.37 to $152,981.05
