The Gist
Our Case Analyst supports compliance and law enforcement activities related to petitioning and approved institutions. Responsibilities include conducting open-source research to inform federal adjudication decisions, reviewing petitions in the SEVIS database, and maintaining accurate records in SEVIS and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The position also involves collecting and recording data, developing decision support materials, managing administrative tasks such as meeting prep and email support, and responding to SEVP Response Center inquiries to provide petition status updates and guidance.
