Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and strategies to the business teams on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property, employment law, and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal memos.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, prepare legal pleadings, draft and negotiate settlements.
• Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company.
• Develop company policy and position on legal issues.
